SKM Management Company is a team of skilled, dedicated individuals with expertise in the industry. The President and SKM's in-house project manager both hold general contractor's licenses. Operating from offices at  Ptarmigan Place on 3773 Cherry Creek Drive North, the SKM team provides outstanding support to on-site personnel and oversees administrative matters such as construction draws and lender relationships.
SKM Management Company continues with the same tradition it started with 30 years ago by actively seeking new development in Colorado.
In the early 1990's, SKM launched a business plan to grow its portfolio, raise rental income, refinance to obtain lower interest rates, and generate liquidity. The latest success under this plan is the approved construction of Monterey Pointe, a large-scale apartment community in a highly desirable region of the Denver metropolitan area.
